Our feature speaker is Jarrod Bickett from Full Circle Mushroom Farm and we are partnering with Basil's Food Truck to bring you a unique LLL experience. Come listen to Jarrod's story on the why and the how he has come to establish Full Circle Mushroom Farm. As you arrive for lunch, your first stop with be at Basil's Food Truck where a special lunch has been created to coincide with Jarrod's focus on healthy foods! The Menu: Zeppelin sandwich, house made chips, Full Circle salad with Seymore farms bibb lettuce, cherry tomatoes, shredded mozzarella, beer batter lions mane mushrooms, pickled red onion. broccoli microgreens, with homemade buttermilk ranch! The zeppelin sandwich is blackened grilled chicken, crispy prosciutto, melted Muenster cheese, sauteed bell peppers & onions, and comeback sauce. Pricing is $20 per person and reservations are required. Seating is limited.
