 Thank you for considering the Western Kentucky Botanical Garden to host your event. We will do everything we can to make it a success. You can rent the entire Garden or any part for receptions, weddings, dinners, luncheons, meetings, reunions, parties, retreats and fundraisers. To reserve your date, a 20% non-refundable deposit of the total cost of your rental (minimum $100) is due at the time of your reservation. See below for details and rental options. See bottom of page to make reservations. Larger events with over 100 people can be accommodated,
but pricing increases will apply.

Garden Grounds: You can use any site on the grounds of The Garden for your special event. Visit us and chose the perfect spot for your celebration!
Fewer than 50 people = $800
Greater than 50 = $1000
​Greater than 100 = $1200 - $1500
If you are a ceremony only on a weekend, there is a set minimum price of $1500
Original 8 acres of Garden Rental Package = $3,000 (does not include WeatherBerry) 
Entire garden rental including WeatherBerry and its 4 acres = $5,000

​The Cottage In The Garden: The entire house can be used for your event or each room/suite can be rented separately. In the winter months the maximum number of people that can be in the house is 65. In other seasons when you can utilize the beautiful patio overlooking the garden, more people can be accommodated. *Not available after 2024
Entire Cottage = $800, greater than 100 people $850-$1000
Daylily Room Only =$400

The Patio off The Cottage: The patio is a covered area accessed through the Daylily room as well as from the Garden grounds and Magnolia room, in the cottage. It affords wonderful views of the Japanese Garden and easy access to The Garden. The patio is commonly rented along with the Garden Suite, yet it may be rented individually. This area is ideal for small parties, receptions, dinner, luncheon, or baby/wedding showers. *Not available after 2024. Seated capacity for the patio is 24-32.
Patio Only = $250 for weekday or Sunday rentals, 2 hour maximum, $100 each additional hour. 
​Patio + Dayliliy Room = $500 for 48 people or less

​Garden Suite: The Garden Suite consists of the Daylily Room with entry to the patio and the Foxglove Room adjoining the kitchen. The kitchen is included as well. This area is ideal for receptions, dinners, retreats, luncheons, business meetings and weddings. *Not available after 2024. Seated capacity in the Daylily room is 24-48, includes up to 4 round tables (5ft) and 1 rectangle dining table (44" wide x 86- 122" long)
Garden Suite in The Cottage = $500, greater than 50 people $600, greater than 100 people $750

Magnolia Suite: The Magnolia Suite consists of a large room (Magnolia Room) with a great view of the Japanese Garden as well as an adjoining room, separate bathroom and private outside entrance. This outside entrance provides easy access to the Patio and Garden. This suite is ideal for small business meetings, dinners, luncheons, and as dressing rooms/staging areas for outdoor weddings. Seated capacity is 8-12 in the Magnolia Room. *Not available after 2024.
​Magnolia Suite = $200

Educational Building: This building is located in the back of the Garden and consists of a classroom, lobby, and restrooms. The building may be rented in its entirety or each area may be rented separately. This area is ideal for meetings or educational programs. The lobby/restroom areas are commonly rented along with wedding party rentals for access of the restrooms for party guests. The classroom seating capacity is 24.
Classroom Building = $400 (special Business & Nonprofit rate available)

​The Vora Gazebo: The lovely Vora Gazebo is located in the Garden between the Herb and the Daylily Garden and nearby the Orchard. It has a great view of the Garden and is generously sized. The Vora Gazebo is excellent for weddings, receptions, small luncheons, parties and other events.
​Gazebo = $400 weekday rental, $800- $1500 weekends

The WeatherBerry Historic Home,
​now available for your special event.
​Make it Historic.

Gorgeous presentation and very large front porch can be a nice addition to your rental. Host a cocktail hour or use for addition seating as a companion to your indoor rental space. Up to 7 tables of 8 could work in this setting. 

Screened in back porch sets the stage for a lovely gathering of a shower or birthday party or casual meeting. Generous in size and oh what a view to The Garden. Up to 4 round tables of 8 would work well.

Enchanting, elegant indoor seating for up to 48 guests. Tables and chairs are included with this rental. If you want to create special memories and provide an unforgettable experience for your guests- this is for you. 12 foot tall ceilings, old world charm, it's simply awe inspiring!

Large double room $800, Upstairs $500, 
Rental of entire 1st floor will be $1,250 - $2,000

Our setting and our services are very unique. A beautiful botanical garden with buildings that include the 1840 Historic WeatherBerry set the stage for a life event, such as your wedding, which can be designed to your specifications.   Bridal rentals range from $600 - $5000. depending on the area(s) that you want to use. To schedule a business meeting or small party, the price range begins @$300. We treat each occasion very individually and you are free to use caterer of your choice.
