Art Therapy Retreat at the Botanical Garden
A walk towards healing- an Art Therapy retreat 9am to 12pm on Saturday April 22nd.

For ages 18+ (this is a 3 hour session, no drop ins)
Join us in our educational classroom building. This Art Therapy Retreat will endeavor to promote health, healing and well-being and offer adults an opportunity to reflect upon life concerns and what brings them serenity through Art Therapy; a vehicle for self-expression and symbolic communication.
Creative art-making time, group sharing, and meditation will be included. A brief walk through the Path of Healing at the garden will begin our morning together. No specific artistic ability is required. We Hope to See You Soon!
About the host: Valerie Maty is a Registered/Board-certified Art Therapist and licensed Psychotherapist who specializes in treating trauma. She is in private practice at Labyrinth Counseling & Consulting Center where she journeys with individuals across the life span including children, adolescents and adults.
